Reset the Printer
The first thing to do is to reset the printer. Do the following things.
If the printer is not already on, then push the power button to turn it on.
After the printer is on, unplug the power cable from the power source.
Wait for 15 seconds, then plug the power cable back into the power source.
If it has been entered back into the power source, it will turn itself on automatically.
When the printer cannot turn on automatically, then push the power button for turning on the printer.
Try scanning again.

Reinstall the printer program
